Tom Frailey is Of Counsel for Frailey, Chaffin, Cordell, Perryman & Sterkel, LLP. He has been practicing law since 1976 and has handled a wide variety of cases for corporations, municipalities and individuals in the general practice of law. He currently focuses on municipal law and represents statutory towns and statutory cities, as well as home rule charter municipalities and small towns that continue to follow the Town Meeting Act. He also represents public and quasi-public and not for profit entities.

Mr. Frailey has substantial experience in a wide variety of issues that face municipalities and helps Mayors, City Managers, City Administrators, Municipal Clerks and governing body members anticipate issues facing municipalities in advance. He provides written legal opinions as well as advice on a wide variety of municipal matters and is frequently called upon to assist in solving subdivision regulation, street dedication and utility easement issues.
